In order to receive target-oriented support, we recommend that you contact the Shopware support or a suitable Shopware agency and explain your problem and what you have found out so far.

Contact Shopware
You can open a support ticket in your Shopware account via Merchant area => Support. There you will find the buttons "Request Support" in the upper right corner.
Contact your Shopware agency
Of course, your agency can also help you solve a problem in your shop. If you don't yet have a Shopware agency that takes care of your shop, you can find a suitable Shopware agency in your region at Shopware.
